Frequently Asked Questions About Watermarking Images

What types of watermarks can I add?

You can add text watermarks with custom fonts, size, color, stroke, opacity and rotation, or pick one of your uploaded images as a logo watermark (e.g. your brand logo).

Can I watermark multiple images at once?

Yes. Upload as many images as you like and they will all be watermarked with the exact same settings in a single batch.

How can I use my own logo as the watermark?

Switch to the Image watermark mode, then pick one of the files you uploaded as the watermark source. That file will be used as the watermark and excluded from the batch being processed.

Can I repeat the watermark across the whole image?

Yes. Enable the Tile option to repeat the watermark in a grid across the entire image. You can control the horizontal and vertical spacing between tiles.

Where can I place the watermark?

Pick any of the nine positions (four corners, four edges or center), then fine-tune with the margin slider. You can also rotate the watermark to any angle.

Which file formats are supported?

The watermark tool supports JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF and GIF. You can export your watermarked images as PNG, JPEG, WebP or AVIF.

Are my images safe and private?

Absolutely. All watermarking happens locally in your browser using Canvas 2D. Your images never touch our servers.
