How to Cancel Your Imagy Subscription

You can cancel your Imagy Pro or Pro+ subscription yourself at any time, in just a few clicks. There are no phone calls, no chat queues, and no cancellation fees. Your subscription simply won't renew.

First: sign in with the right email address

Your subscription is linked to the exact email address you used when you signed up. Make sure you sign in with that address — if you use a different email (or a different Google account), your Subscriptions page will look empty even though your subscription is still active.

Not sure which email you used? Check your inboxes for payment receipts or invoices from Stripe mentioning Imagy. The inbox that receives those emails is the one your subscription is registered under.

Cancel in 4 steps

  1. Sign in at imagy.app with the email address described above.
  2. Open your Settings page: click your profile picture in the top-right corner and choose Settings, or go directly to imagy.app/settings.
  3. Click "Manage Subscription & Invoices". This takes you to our secure billing portal, hosted by Stripe, our payment provider.
    Step 3: the Subscriptions tab in your Imagy settings. Click the highlighted button.

    Don't see a subscription there? Then you're signed in with a different email address than the one you registered with. Check the first section of this page — "First: sign in with the right email address" — to figure out which address is the right one, then sign in with that address and start again at step 1.

  4. Choose "Cancel subscription" and confirm. The portal confirms the cancellation on screen right away.
    Step 4: the Stripe billing portal. Click "Cancel subscription" in the top-right corner. The Email row under Billing information also shows which address your subscription is registered under.

What happens after you cancel

  • You keep full access to your plan's features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
  • You will not be charged again after that.
  • There are no cancellation fees or hidden costs.
  • You can resubscribe at any time from the same Settings page.

The same billing portal also lets you download all of your past invoices.

This works the same regardless of how you paid — credit card and PayPal payments are both handled through Stripe, so both are cancelled the same way.

Deleting your account

If you delete your Imagy account (Settings, Account tab), any active subscription is cancelled immediately as part of the deletion. You don't need to cancel separately first.
