What is motion blur?

What do the angle and strength controls do?
The angle sets the direction of the streak — 0° produces a horizontal streak, 90° a vertical one, and values in between produce diagonals. The strength controls the length and softness of the streak: higher values produce a more dramatic blur.
What settings work best for a cinematic speed look?
Try a low angle (0° or 180°) with a medium-to-high strength (40-70) to simulate a fast-moving subject panned horizontally. For a more subtle effect, keep the strength below 25.
Does this tool support animated images?
Animated formats (GIF, animated WebP, APNG) are accepted, but motion blur is applied on a per-frame static basis using ImageMagick. The preview shows the first frame; the download delivers a static image.
